플랫폼에서 발생하는 재원의 일부는 참여자의 활동과 기여에 따라 다시 공유되고, 일부는 QTO 자산풀에 축적되어 장기적인 자산 기반을 만드는 데 활용됩니다.

Part of the funds generated on the platform is shared back according to each participant's activity and contribution, and part is accumulated in the QTO Asset Pool to build a long-term asset base.

QTO 스테이킹 멤버십QTO staking membership

QTO 스테이킹은 5단계로 구성합니다. 스테이킹 시 QTO 수량을 기준으로 1:1 마일리지를 지급합니다.

QTO staking has five tiers. Mileage is granted 1:1 based on the amount of QTO staked.

QTO를 스테이킹했다고 해서 모든 보상이 자동으로 발생하는 구조가 아닙니다. 참여자는 스테이킹을 기반으로 마일리지를 확보하고 실제 생태계 활동에 참여합니다. 마일리지는 세 가지 방법으로 확보됩니다.

Staking QTO does not make rewards happen automatically. Participants earn mileage through staking and then take part in real ecosystem activity. Mileage is earned in three ways.

QTO 스테이킹 재원의 분배Allocation of QTO staking funds

QTO 스테이킹을 통해 형성되는 재원은 다음과 같이 배분합니다.

Funds raised through QTO staking are allocated as follows.

이 구조의 중요한 특징은 전체 재원을 단기 보너스로 소진하지 않는다는 것입니다. 25%는 QTO 기여경제를 위한 재원, 18%는 장기 자산형성을 위한 재원으로 별도 운영합니다.

A key feature of this structure is that the funds are not spent entirely on short-term bonuses. 25% is set aside for the QTO contribution economy and 18% for long-term asset building, each managed separately.

QTO 기여풀이란?What is the QTO Contribution Pool?

QTO 기여풀은 단순히 QTO를 많이 가지고 있다는 이유만으로 지급하는 보상이 아닙니다. 소비하고, 연결하고, 판매하고, 생태계에 기여한 사람에게 공유하기 위한 공동 기여재원입니다.

The QTO Contribution Pool is not a reward paid simply for holding a lot of QTO. It is a shared fund for people who spend, connect, sell and contribute to the ecosystem.

누적된 QTO 기여풀 재원 가운데 15%를 주간 지급재원으로 사용합니다. 기여풀 전체를 한꺼번에 소진하지 않고 다음 방식으로 지속성을 확보합니다.

15% of the accumulated Contribution Pool is used as the weekly payout. The pool is never used up at once; it stays sustainable through this cycle:

QTO 기여 레벨QTO contribution levels

기여풀은 QTO 스테이킹 수량에 따라 L0~L3로 구분합니다.

The Contribution Pool is divided into levels L0–L3 based on the amount of QTO staked.

L0는 단순 보유량이 아니라 실제 활동점수에 따라 자신의 몫이 결정됩니다.

For L0, each person's share is set by their actual activity score, not by how much they hold.

L0 기여지수L0 contribution index

L0는 QTO 보유량보다 실제 행동과 기여를 중심으로 평가합니다. 개인의 주간 활동점수를 계산한 후 전체 참여자의 점수와 비교하여 자신의 기여비율을 결정합니다.

L0 is evaluated on actual actions and contribution rather than QTO holdings. Each person's weekly activity score is compared with the total score of all participants to set their contribution ratio.

그 비율을 기준으로 L0에 배정된 기여풀을 공유합니다.

The pool assigned to L0 is shared according to that ratio.

L1~L3 기여풀 지급 자격L1–L3 payout eligibility

QTO를 많이 스테이킹했다고 해서 자동으로 기여풀 보너스를 지급하는 것은 아닙니다. L1~L3도 다음 두 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.

Staking a large amount of QTO does not automatically earn a Contribution Pool bonus. L1–L3 participants must also meet both conditions below.

• ①주간 소비리워드 1회 이상At least one spending reward per week
• ②최근 4주 누적 기준, 연결리워드 또는 셀러리워드 활동 1회 이상At least one connection or seller reward within the last 4 weeks

자산을 가지고 있으면서 실제 생태계에 참여하는 사람에게 기여풀을 공유하는 것이 기본 원칙입니다.

The basic principle is to share the pool with people who both hold assets and actually take part in the ecosystem.

BP 지급과 마일리지 차감BP payouts and mileage deduction

QTO 기여풀 보너스는 BP 기준으로 지급합니다. 기여풀에서 BP가 지급되면 이에 대응하여 보유 마일리지를 1:1 차감합니다.

Contribution Pool bonuses are paid in BP. When BP is paid from the pool, the same amount of mileage is deducted 1:1.

따라서 마일리지는 단순히 쌓아두는 포인트가 아니라, 기여보상을 받을 수 있게 만드는 생태계 에너지 역할을 합니다.

Mileage is therefore not a point balance to hoard; it is the ecosystem energy that makes contribution rewards possible.

QTO 스테이킹 재원의 18%는 QTO 자산풀에 적립합니다. 자산풀의 목적은 단기적인 보너스 지급이 아니라 장기적으로 실질적인 자산과 현금흐름을 확보하는 것입니다.

18% of QTO staking funds goes into the QTO Asset Pool. Its purpose is not short-term bonuses but building real assets and cash flow over the long term.

자산배분 목표Target asset allocation

자산풀의 핵심은 단순히 돈을 투자하는 것이 아니라, QTO 경제권이 실제 수익을 만들어낼 수 있는 생산자산을 확보하는 것입니다.
